7. Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your project, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellation fees may apply depending on how much work has already been completed. Deposits are non-refundable once materials have been ordered or work has begun.

8. Limitation of Liability

SunTerrace Torrance Sunrooms is not liable for delays caused by weather, permit processing, material shortages, or other circumstances beyond our control. Our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for those services.

9. Intellectual Property

All designs, plans, and materials provided by SunTerrace Torrance Sunrooms remain our intellectual property. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use them for any purpose other than your contracted project without our written permission.
